1) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:

b) Damaged or leaking packaging.

a) Requests for refunds must be made within 48–72 hours of delivery.
3) Product Condition
a) The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
b) Refunds are not provided for opened products or taste preferences.
4) Refund Process

b) After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
c) If the product is damaged or wrong, we may arrange for return pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
5) Exclusions
