Refund policy
1) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
• Incorrect order of books, Bibles, Journals, Mugs and Special selections (items).
• Defective or damaged mugs must be reported immediately upon delivery with a photo of the damage.
2) Timeframe
• Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damages to mugs must be reported immediately upon delivery.
3) Product Condition
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are not provided for used or opened items.
4) Refund Process
• Customers must contact our support team at (+268) 7970 6788 to request refund.
• After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
• If the item is incorrect or damaged, we may arrange for return pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
5) Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
• Used or handled items
• Customer preference changes
• Unreported damages after delivery.
