1) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
• Incorrect order of perfumes.
• Defective or damaged bottles must be reported immediately upon delivery with a photo of the damage.

• Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damages to bottles must be reported immediately upon delivery.
3) Product Condition
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are not provided for opened or used perfumes.
4) Refund Process

• After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
• If the item is incorrect or damaged, we may arrange for return pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
5) Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:

• Unreported damages after delivery
