1) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued for:
a) Incorrect items shipped
b) Damaged or defective merchandise.
2) Timeframe
a) Damages or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery, with a photo of the item.
b) Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
c) Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
3) Personalized Items
a) Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the customization.
b) Customers must provide photo (evidence) if the item is defective or incorrectly made.
c) Errors caused by the customer’s instructions cannot be refunded.
4) Refund Process

b) Provide proof of purchase (receipt).
c) After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
5) Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
a) Items that are worn, washed or with tags removed
b) Final sale or clearance items
c) Customer change of mind.
